I first fell in love with Sushi years ago...in Paris! I have been passionate about Sushi since then and this is this "Sushi passion" that I want to share with you.
I am a French Sushi lover who has been in Bristol for nearly 10 years now. I come from a family of restauranteurs where i cooked alongside Japaneese chefs. I love the combination of tastes and textures, as well as the delicacy in the arrangements...
Most of my business is generated through word of mouth in and around Bristol, spreading to Wales and Somerset. All products are sourced from reputable fishmongers in Bristol and only the best ingredients for each lesson.
After spending 3 hours with me, you will be able to put on a sushi meal that will wow your guests!
My goal: to share with you my experience of Sushi making and make sure that you and your guests have a fantastic time.
